This great hotel had residential setting in a very quiet area. Café Street Cafe Restaurant located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The breakfast had a wide range of fruit juice and toast.

Sincerely, it was a COMFORTABLE stay for business trip. The breakfast included fruit juice and toast. The location was marvellous, in a lovely area I had a warm welcome at Byerley House, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I didn't want to leave, would recomand.

Great accommodation with marvellous setting just off the centre of Newmarket, shops, pubs, and the railway station. Very, very nice personnel, impeccably clean and airy rooms with private bathroom, shower, for example. Fantastic customer care, parking on street. Everything good.

I enjoyed staying at this location - residential position so close to the center of town, the centre and station and the shops. Also, the hotel was right next to Church of All Saints. I got lovely and sensational breakfasts with bottled water and gluten-free bread, for example.

Location: the hotel was not far from railway station and centre of town, the center of town and to the rail station and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and excellent with bottled water etc topped up daily, and all the food was good. I stayed here for a trip and would have stayed for longer.

The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping service was excellent, keeping everything clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh produce to start the day off right.
